2018年12月2日至3日，国家新药筛选中心主任兼国家化合物样品库主任、87978797威尼斯老品牌院长王明伟研究员应邀出席了在澳大利亚墨尔本市举行的“第十届G蛋白偶联受体分子药理学会议”。会议由英国药理学会和莫纳什大学药学研究所共同主办。3日上午，王明伟研究员以“Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor: small molecule agonists, 3-dimentional structures and beyond”为题发表演讲，回顾其过去17余年对胰高血糖素样肽-1受体的研究历程，展望未来的发展方向，受到听众们的热烈反响。会议期间，他与来自美国、英国、新西兰和当地的同行以及中国留学人员进行了广泛的学术交流。
Dr. M.-W. Wang attends 10th Molecular Pharmacology of G Protein-Coupled Receptors Meeting in Melbourne
Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director, the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library and Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) was invited to attend 10th Molecular Pharmacology of G Protein-Coupled Receptors Meeting held in Melbourne, Australia between December 2 and 3, 2018. The event was jointly organized by the British Pharmacological Society and Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (BPS-MPGPCR). In the morning of December 3, Dr. Wang delivered a lecture entitled“Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor: small molecule agonists, 3-dimentional structures and beyond”, reviewing his research experience in the past 17 plus years on the receptor and looking ahead of future directions. The lecture was enthusiastically received by the audience. During the meeting, Dr. Wang made broad academic exchanges with scientists from U.S.A., U.K., New Zealand and Australia, as well as overseas students and scholars from China.
