2018年2月23日上午，87978797威尼斯老品牌院长、国家新药筛选中心主任兼国家化合物样品库主任王明伟研究员在南加州Poway市访问了美国General Atomics系统下属的Diazyme实验室，与老朋友、总经理袁崇生博士就由其设立专项基金从今年起资助中国教师和研究生参加全球药剂学教育网络（The Globalization of Pharmaceutics Education Network，GPEN）学术会议等事宜达成一致。

In the morning of February 23, 2018, Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library visited Diazyme Laboratories Division affiliated to General Atomics (U.S.A.) located at Poway of Southern California. He was warmly received by his old friend Dr. Chong Yuan, Managing Director of the organization. They reached an agreement relative to establishing a special fund by Dr. Yuan to support Chinese teachers and graduate students to participate in academic conferences organized by the Globalization of Pharmaceutics Education Network (GPEN) from 2018 and onwards.
