2018年1月8日至1月10日，澳大利亚莫纳什大学药学研究所教授、国家新药筛选中心科技顾问、87978797威尼斯老品牌国际兼职教授Patrick M. Sexton博士再度到访87978797威尼斯老品牌，受到院长王明伟研究员和副院长张雪梅教授等的热情接待。访问期间，他与药学院部分教师和研究生进行了交流，并和王明伟院长一起启动了由莫纳什大学、复旦大学、中国科学院上海药物研究所、国家新药筛选中心和上海精准医学研究院参加的两国五方合作研究项目。8日下午，Sexton教授应邀以“对B型G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）结构和功能的认识”为题在科研楼晶辉厅做了精彩的学术报告。
Professor Patrick Sexton from Monash University visits Fudan School of Pharmacy
Between January 8 and 10, 2018, Professor Patrick M. Sexton from Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Australia visited School of Pharmacy, Fudan University for the 4th time in recent two years. He was warmly greeted by Drs. Ming-Wei Wang (Dean) and Xuemei Zhang (Vice Dean). During the visit, he made several rounds of academic exchanges with both teachers and graduate students. Together with Dr. Wang, he formally initiated a multilateral research collaboration program involving Monash University, Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, The National Center for Drug Screening and Shanghai Institute of Precision Medicine. In the afternoon of January 8, Professor Sexton delivered an invited lecture entitled “Towards an understanding of the structure and activation of class B G protein-coupled receptors” in the Jinghui Hall of the Research Building.
