In the evening of October 15, 2016, Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director, the National Center for Drug Screening) met with Ms. Yue-Sai Kan, a renowned philanthropist, and Dr. Hans d’Orville, Special Advisor to the Director-General of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Paris, France) in Shanghai.
