2016年8月1日上午，87978797威尼斯老品牌院长、国家新药筛选中心主任兼国家化合物样品库主任王明伟研究员在美国访问了加州大学圣迭戈分校（UCSD）药学院，与负责战略规划和项目开发的副院长、临床药学教授 Grace M. Kuo博士进行了长达两个小时的会谈。双方就在学科建设、专业教育、科学研究和人员交往等方面开展全面合作达成共识并拟定了在年内实现团队互访的具体计划。
Professor Ming-Wei Wang visits UCSD School of Pharmacy (U.S.A.)
In the morning of August 1, 2016, Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library visited Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He had a two-hour long discussion with Dr. Grace M. Kuo, Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Associate Dean for Strategic Planning and Program Development. A common understanding was reached as a result relative to forging a comprehensive collaboration on discipline development, professional education, scientific research and personnel exchange. An action plan was worked out between them concerning reciprocal visits by faculty members of both sides.
